Ms. Angela Y. Reaves
Ms. Angela Y. Reaves departed this life on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Wellstar MCG Health in Augusta, Georgia. Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses with Bro. Ike Johnson officiating. Interment was held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
Ms. Reaves was born on October 31, 1966 in Hancock County, Georgia. Angela attended the public schools of Washington County and graduated with the class of 1984.
She was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on June 1, 1984 and served faithfully as an Auxiliary Pioneer.
Ms. Reaves was employed by the Wrightsville Manor Nursing Home as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Angela enjoyed cooking and sharing her delicious recipes with her family and friends. She had gained quite the following with friends anxiously looking forward to seeing her daily menus. When you heard her signature, “Hello, Hello, Helloooo!,” you knew there was going to be something good that she cooked (especially her hot wings).
She was preceded in death by her “Pa,” Mr. J.C. Martin; grandparents: “Pop and Ma,” Mr. C.L. Russell, Sr. and Mrs. Annie Will Russell; aunt: Mrs. Harriet Butler; uncles: Mr. C.L. Russell, Jr. and Mr. Darron Russell.
