Ms. Jennie Mae Brooks
Ms. Jennie Mae Brooks passed away on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at Smith Medical Nursing Care Center. Funeral services were held on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at Elder Community Center. Interment was held in the Sandersville City Cemetery.
She was born on March 21, 1957 to the parentage of the late Mr. Tom Brooks and the late Mrs. Bessie Mae Brooks.
Ms. Brooks attended the public schools of Washington County.
In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Ms. Carolyn Brooks, Ms. Ethel Brooks, Ms. Louise Brooks, Mr. Tommy Brooks, Mr. Johnny Brooks, Mr. Joseph Brooks, Mr. Lenard Brooks, Mr. Jimmy Brooks, Mr. Larry Brooks and a nephew: Mr. Deandre Brooks.
Ms. Brooks leaves cherished memories to her two sisters: Ms. Dorothy Brooks, Sandersville, Georgia, Ms. Angelina Brooks, Atlanta, Georgia; one brother: Mr. Tom (Fleeta) Poole, Tennille, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. M. C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
