Ms. Dorothy Tucker

Ms. Dorothy Tucker, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at a local Hospital. Funeral services were held on Monday, September 10, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Jordan Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Davis officiating. Interment was held in the church cemetery.

Ms. Tucker was born on September 7, 1964 to the parentage of the late Mr. Elton and Mrs. Lula Mae Edwards Tucker.

She attended the public schools of Washington County, graduating with the class of 1982. She worked at Washington County Regional Medical Center for twenty years in housekeeping.

Ms. Tucker is survived by her daughter: Ms. Lashondra Tucker (Herbert), Louisville, Georgia; grandchildren: Sgt. Davonte Bass, Fort Carson, Colorado, Ms. Amia Jackson, Louisville, Georgia; three sisters: Ms. Diane Tucker, Dexter, Georgia, Mrs. Darlene (Julius) Lane, Davisboro, Georgia, Mrs. Melissa (Lenwood) May, Milledgeville, Georgia; brother: Mr. Benny Frank Tucker, Hawaii; several other relatives and friends.
