Mr. Milton Daniels

Mr. Milton Daniels, Lithonia, GA passed away on Monday, June 19, 2017 at his residence. Funeral services were held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 2:00 P.M at Samuel Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Eric T. Adams officiating. Internment was held in the church cemetery.

Mr. Daniels was born on April 29, 1966 in Augusta, GA to the parentage of the late Mr. Nathanial Daniels and the late Mrs. Katie Lou Gregory-Daniels. Milton attended Washington County High School and graduated from Walter F. George High School. He earned a degree in Criminal Justice from University of Phoenix, Commercial Trucking and Construction Management Occupation Safety at Griffin Technical College.

At an early age he accepted Christ and joined Samuel Grove Baptist Church. He met his wife Mrs. Thais Elaine Reese-Daniels in 1998 and they were married November 1999. Milton enjoyed horseback riding, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by three sisters: Ms. Mary Sally Daniels, Ms. Julianne Daniels, Mrs. Louise Daniels-Evahine; and two brothers: Mr. Artis Daniels and Mr. John C. Daniels.

Mr. Daniels is survived by his wife Mrs. Thais Elaine Reese-Daniels, Lithonia, GA; four daughters: Ms. Miyah Hicklen, Ms. Monye Hicklen, Jacksonville, FL, Mrs. Dakeisha (Terrence) Burton, Jonesboro, GA, Mrs. Shardae Day (Abdula) Jones, Grayson, GA; two sons: Mr. Rico M. Daniels, Detroit, MI, Mr. Tarae (LaPrincess) Day, Whitman AFB, MO; four sisters: Mrs. Martha A. Hunter, Sandersville, GA, Mrs. Elvira Belinda Lamar, Tennille, GA, Mrs. Betty Ann (James) Davis, Columbia, SC, Mrs. Gail (James) Lawrence, Lithonia, GA; two brothers; Mr. Nathaniel (Essie) Toombsboro, GA, Mr. Bobby (Alma Jean) Daniels, Warthen, GA; nine grandchildren; several other relatives and friends.
