Mr. Jeffrey Allen Duckworth, Sr.

Mr. Jeffrey Allen Duckworth, Sr., passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Washington County Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries with Pastor Curtiss Cordy, officiating. Interment was held in the church cemetery.

Mr. Jeffrey Allen Duckworth was born on October 25, 1963 to the   parentage of Ms. Alma Jean Duckworth and stepfather, the late Mr. Albert May.

Mr. Duckworth accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He served as Pastor of Kingdom Life Fellowship Ministries in East Dublin, GA. He nurtured his faith because he loved serving the people of God.

He received his formal education in the Washington County School System. He graduated in 1981 and joined the U.S. Marine Corps, serving four years as a field radio operator. He also served five years in the Georgia Army National Guard. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in Public Safety from Capella University in 2014. He worked for the Georgia Department of Corrections for over twenty (20) years.

Mr. Duckworth was joined in holy matrimony to Ms. Pamela     Jackson on February 23, 1991. Together, they raised eight children and fostered several others.

On December 13, 2023, Mr. Duckworth entered eternal rest at Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, GA.

He was preceded in death by one brother: Mr. Calvin (Mattie) Duckworth.

Mr. Duckworth leaves to cherish his memories, his wife of thirty-two (32) years: Mrs. Pamela Jackson Duckworth, Tennille, GA; four sons: Mr. Jeffrey Allen Duckworth, Jr., Sandersville, GA, Mr. Brian Alexander Duckworth, Washington, D.C., Mr. Patrick Duane Renfroe, Macon, GA, Mr. Jordan Christopher Duckworth; four daughters: Mrs. Ebony Danielle (Michael) Humphrey, Winter Garden, FL, Ms. Shameka Michelle Renfroe, Sandersville, GA, Mrs. Ariel Lynne (Jerome) Drew, Tallahassee, FL, Ms. Colleen Darnisha Duckworth, Atlanta, GA; mother: Mrs. Alma Jean May, Sandersville, GA; three brothers: Apostle Clifford (Lillie) Duckworth, Sr., Sandersville, GA, Mr. Michael (Linda Mae) Duckworth, Augusta, GA, Mr. Ronnie Reaves, Milledgeville, GA; one sister: Ms. Janet Bridges, Sandersville, GA; five grandchildren: Nova Humphrey, Halo Humphrey, Brenasiah Havior, Mya Havior, Harmony Sherman; one grandchild raised as his son: Mr. Nicholas Colin Duckworth; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
