Mr. William Johnson

Mr. William Johnson, Sandersville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2019 at M.C. Smith Medical Nursing Care Center. Funeral services were held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Springfield Fellowship Church of Harrison, Harrison, Georgia with Pastor Victor Cuyler officiating. Interment was held in Henderson Grove Cemetery.

He was born on August 18, 1956 to the parentage of the late Ms. Emma Lou Johnson.

Mr. Johnson graduated from Washington County High School in 1974 with honors. He was a carpenter by trade before his health began to fail. He enjoyed reading his Bible, spending time with his nephew and dogs and attending church at Springfield Fellowship and St. James Christian Fellowship Church.

He was preceded in death by a sister: Ms. Lawanda Johnson; three brothers: Mr. Willie J. Johnson, Mr. Roy Dean Johnson and Mr. Ricky Johnson.

Mr. Johnson leaves to cherish his memories a daughter: Ms. Tiara K. Johnson, Stockton, California; niece: Mrs. Ebony (Charles) Poole, Sandersville, Georgia; nephew: Mr. Kadeem Johnson, Sandersville, Georgia; sister-in-law: Mrs. Jennifer Johnson, Sandersville, Georgia; god sister: Mrs. Sandra (Leron) Seals, Tennille, Georgia; two aunts: Mrs. Brenda Wadley, Sandersville, Georgia, Mrs. Mary (Booker T) Hunter, Tennille, Georgia; uncle: Mr. Harvey Johnson, Sandersville, Georgia; devoted cousins: Mr. Tracy Morris, Mr. Demicio Wadley, Ms. Minnie Mountain; devoted friends: Pastor Victor K. Cuyler, Pastor Mack Jackson, Mr. Willie Roger Dixon, Ms. Australia Cochran, Mr. Charlie Haynes, Mrs. Shelia (Larry) Washington, Mr. Issac Tillman 88 crew; a host of other relatives and friends. M.C.
