Mrs. Gloria Walker

Mrs. Gloria Walker passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Washington County Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Galilee Baptist Church with Bishop Donald Tarver officiating.

Mrs. Walker was born on January 15, 1960 to the parentage of the late Mr. John Lee Tarver and the late Ms. Minnie Hunter.

She attended the public schools of Washington County. She was a former employee at Smith Medical Nursing Care Center, Washington County Regional Medical Center and WACO Med.

Mrs. Walker leaves to cherish her memories her husband: Mr. Larry Walker, Sandersville, Georgia; two daughters: Mrs. Yolanda (Calvin) Martin, Katy, Texas, Ms. Tiffany Walker (Kenneth Moore, II), Sandersville, Georgia; one sister: Ms. Joann Key, Sandersville, Georgia; two brothers: Mr. Russell Lee Smith, Sandersville, Georgia, Bishop Donald (Essie B.) Tarver, Sr., Griffin, Georgia; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
