Mr. Eddie Oscar Dennis, III

Mr. Eddie O. Dennis, III passed away on Friday, August 24, 2018 in Milledgeville, Georgia. Funeral services were held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at Friendship Baptist Church, Milledgeville, Georgia with Rev. Artha Grace officiating. Interment was held in church cemetery.

Mr. Dennis was born April 20, 1971 to the parentage of the late Mrs. Lucy Brown Dennis and the late Mr. Eddie Oscar Dennis, Jr.

In his early years, Eddie attended the public schools of Baldwin County. He worked various jobs in Milledgeville starting with the City of Milledgeville Waste Management and ending as a truck driver until becoming disabled.

Eddie was a person with a caring and loving heart. There was no limit to the depth of his love and he brought smiles to many faces.

Mr. Dennis leaves to cherish his memories his companion Ms. Melissa Patterson, Milledgeville, GA; two daughters: Ms. Alexis Dennis, Sandersville, GA, Ms. Zykeria Johnson, Milledgeville, GA; three sisters: Mrs. Ethel (Anthony) Scales, Winston Salem, NC, Mrs. Lula (John) Williams, Macon, GA, Mrs. Nicole (Alton) Stephens, Sandersville, GA; five brothers: Mr. Earnest Dennis, Mr. Matthew Dennis, Mr. Denario (Mary) Reeves, Sandersville, GA, Mr. Frank James (JoAnn) Harris, Mr. Michael Hurt, Milledgeville, GA; three aunts: Ms. Lorrine Ray, Mrs. Rosetta (David) Hopkins, Mrs. Mennie (Jeffery) Hill, Milledgeville, GA; one uncle: Mr. Marion (Irma) Boyer, Milledgeville, GA; God mother: Mrs. Annette (Wendall) Glenn, Milledgeville, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
