Ms. Markeisha Gibbons

Ms. Markeisha Gibbons, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2017. Funeral services were held on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. at Green Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Smith officiating. Interment was held at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Ms. Gibbons was born on November 17, 1991 to the parentage of Mrs. Shirlene Gibbons and the late Mr. Larry Gibbons, Sr.

She was a graduate of Washington County High School, class of 2010.

Markeisha was loved by everyone. Her smile brightened your day. She was loving and caring to everyone who she came in contact with. Most of her spare time was spent drawing and making cards for the people she cared about. She was always willing to show her cousins everything she had learned.

Markeisha was a twenty year cancer survivor.

Ms. Gibbons is survived by her mother: Ms. Shirlene Gibbons, Sandersville, Georgia. Sister: Ms. Tiffany Duckworth, Sandersville, Georgia. Brother: Mr. Larry Gibbons Jr., Sandersville, Georgia. Grandmother: Ms. Gladine Hooks, Tennille, Georgia. Several other relatives and friends. M.C. Smith Funeral Home in charge.
